Next Thursday I'm getting married!

Well... it's more like I'm getting re-married.

I'm remarrying my wife, Colleen. The same girl I've been married to for 20 years on that date. 
Confused yet?

Yup. 

Technically we are "con-validating" our marriage.

Which is just a fancy way of saying we're bringing our marriage into the Catholic church.

In 2003 we got married on a small cruise boat off the Freeport docks on Long Island New York. 

We were 23 and 24 years old.

We're now in our forties, have four children and have reverted to the faith of our fathers.
So, we're bringing our marriage into the church. I'd love to tell you more about all that... 

But this briefing is not about me. 

In fact... 

I have a question for you.
What are your thoughts about marriage?
Do you think marriage is worth it for men? 

Or do you believe, like so many, that marriage is a scam? That it robs men of our sovereignty, our power and our autonomy. 

And that women are all dishonest thirst traps looking for the next sucker to latch on to, suck dry and leave by the wayside? 

Look, I get it. 

There is are plenty downsides to "modern marriage". 

The sacredness and solidarity of it has been perverted by feminists, the federal government and fashionable sex trends. 

But is there any value left in attracting and keeping ONE amazing girl for life? 

Can you imagine a life of hot monogamy, enduring attraction and the perpetual adoration of ONE girl... for life? 

A big family, happy home and a lifetime of loyalty, love and legacy.  
I love my wife.

I love my life. 

I wish every marriage was as amazing as mine. 

I wish every man could find and keep a loyal and adoring wife for life. 

I also believe it can happen for you. 

If you're willing to learn.

Marriage doesn't just "happen". 
You've got to master it.

The way you become a master at marriage is the same way you become a master at anything... 
  • You've got to learn from a master. 
  • ​You've got to apply his teachings.
  • ​You've got to observe his ways, and
  • ​You've got to mirror his actions.
Usually this happens inside your own family. You watch as your father masterfully manages your mother. 

How he commands respect and adoration from her.

And how she craves to please him. 

But today most of this is lost. 

I am blessed that my father mirrored alpha male marriage traits for me to observe, learn and apply to my own marriage... making it last JOYFULLY for 20 years next Thursday.
