I'm writing to you from my flight back to Florida from the amazing state of Arizona on Sunday evening, but you'll probably be reading this on Monday morning.
This was my first time traveling since 2020.
I refused to wear a mask, even on an airplane, so I was prepared to never leave the state of Florida again.
Recently, the so called "mask mandate" was removed, so I'm on the move again. And I'm glad my first trip was to Arizona, a somewhat conservative state with a strong Catholic presence.
Colleen and I attended mass at St. Bernadette parish in Scottsdale twice during our stay. A beautiful and somewhat traditional church with a pastor not afraid to speak out against degeneracy. If you're ever in the area I suggest visiting.
My trip was 100% business focused, though I brought my wife along for fun.
During the day I was learning and networking, while she got to enjoy some time away from the kids.
